Pictures!

            Talana will be here very soon! We will have an exact date in the next day or so, but essentially she will be here in the next couple of weeks. And I have pictures of her now. They are the pictures from her Coggins, so they aren't the most exciting poses, but at least I can finally show her off!

            The vet said that she is in amazingly good shape for her age (29), and that she is plenty healthy for travel. You can see that she's an easy keeper - she is currently eating grass and just enough grain to keep her from feeling left out at feed time. You can also tell from the person standing just out of the photo that Talana isn't a big girl at all! Although I will point out that I know the field she's standing in, and the human being is uphill of the horse.
            I am glad to see that she looks just as I expected - she is a sturdy old girl and doesn't appear to have changed much since Thanksgiving, when I saw her briefly. I can hardly wait to get her here and look at her more closely all over!
